The patient, a 71-year-old female, underwent BOTOX® Cosmetic and filler treatments, including lip filler. The images illustrate changes observed over a 2 year and 8 month period. She received 28 units of Botox. Injection sites include forehead, eye brow lift, 11's, crow's feet, and DOA's. .1 cc of Asclera was also injected into the left cheek and one syringe of Versa was injected into the upper and lower lips.
Over a span of 2 years and 8 months, this patient has also received Botox, Juvederm Voluma, Sculptra, Revanesse Versa, and Boltero Fillers, as well as 2 IPL treatments, and a Hydrofacial.
In the post-procedure photograph, there is a noticeable reduction in forehead lines and crow’s feet around the eyes. The perioral region shows enhanced volume and definition, particularly in the lips. Additionally, the nasolabial folds appear less pronounced. These visual differences suggest an alteration in facial aesthetics following the interventions. This case provides an example of how injectables can be utilized to address specific areas of concern over time, as seen in the comparative analysis of pre- and post-treatment imagery.
