The patient, a 33-year-old female, underwent a tummy tuck, Brazilian butt lift, and liposuction. The procedures involved the removal of 1200 mL of fat from the abdomen, back, and thighs, with an equal volume grafted to enhance the buttocks (600 mL per buttock was injected). Pannus weighed 2.8 pounds. The post-operative images taken at ten months show notable changes in abdominal contour and skin tautness. The patient's weight is recorded at 146 lbs. The before-and-after photos illustrate a reduction in abdominal skin laxity and improved definition in treated areas. These results align with the procedural goals of addressing excess skin and redistributing body fat for enhanced proportions.
