The procedures included the use of Mentor smooth round, silicone gel implants, each sized at 425 cc, placed through periareolar incisions. The breast lift was also performed using a periareolar technique. 967 grams of fat was taken from pannus. Ten months post-operation, the images display notable changes in the abdominal region and breasts. The abdominal area shows a significant reduction in excess skin and improved contouring, resulting in a more refined abdominal profile. In the breast region, there is an evident enhancement in volume and elevation, achieving a more balanced and symmetrical appearance. The periareolar incisions appear well-healed with minimal scarring visible around the areola.
