This 60 year old patient underwent a drainless bilateral upper arm brachioplasty (arm lift) with liposuction. She went through a massive weight loss journey. One of her main concerns after weight loss was the extra skin on her arms. This prevented her from wearing sleeveless shirts. During her procedure 900cc was removed of fat and skin. Her photos shown are 4 months after her procedure.
