The 50-year-old female patient underwent abdominoplasty, liposuction of the back, flanks, and bra rolls, and fat grafting to the buttocks. 400 ccs of fat was injected under ultrasound guidance per gluteus, 800 ccs in total. 2.55 liters of aspirate were obtained from the back and flanks.
