This 62 year old female came in to discuss the extra skin and fat around her abdomen, flanks, and bra rolls, as well as removing her breast implants that were placed approximately 20 years prior. The previous saline implants were intact upon removal and measured to be around 250 cc's per breast. The original inframammary incision was used to remove the implants and avoid any additional scarring. She also underwent an abdominoplasty and liposuction to her flanks an bra rolls. 120 cc's of fat was then grafted into each breast. These are her results 4 months after her procedure.
