27 year old female who was evaluated because her large droopy breast were causing her back, neck, and shoulder pain. She also suffered from rashes under her breasts. Her bra size was a 38K before her surgery. She underwent bilateral breast reduction and is shown here 1 month after her surgery. The right breast had 1473 grams removed and the left breast had 1389 grams removed.
