24 year old female who was evaluated because her large droopy breast were causing her back, neck, and shoulder pain. She also suffered from rashes under her breasts. Her bra size was a 38G before her surgery. She underwent bilateral breast reduction. Her post op photos shown are 3 months after her surgery. The right breast had 700 grams removed and the left breast had 740 grams removed.
