22 year old female was evaluated becuase her large breasts were causing her back, neck, and shoulder pain. She also suffered from rashes under her breasts. Her bra size was a 40DDD before her surgery. She underwent bilateral breast reduction and is shown here 6 months after her surgery. Her right breast had 1.05 kilograms removed and the left breast had 869g removed.
