63 year old female underwent a mommy make-over (abdominoplasty, liposuction, and fat grafting to the breast). This patient had an excellent result. Post op photos shown at 2 months after surgery. 1280cc of fat was removed. 250cc of fat was grafted to the right breast and 240cc to the left.
