This is an IPL Photorejuvenation case for a woman in her mid-sixties, for age and sun spots. The after photo was taken 3 months following treatment. The patient had a total of 3 IPL sessions.
The before image shows the full arm and hand with scattered brown spots and patches of uneven pigmentation distributed across the forearm. IPL, or intense pulsed light, delivers broad-spectrum light energy into the skin to target excess pigment, prompting the body to break it down over the weeks that follow.
