The patient, a 42-year-old female weighing 145 lbs, underwent abdominoplasty and liposuction targeting the thighs, back, and abdomen. A total of 2825 ml of fat was removed. Pannus weighed 1603 grams (left side 921 grams and right side 682). The post-operative images, taken three months after the procedures, show noticeable changes in the abdominal region. There is a reduction in excess skin and fat, resulting in a smoother contour. The treated areas exhibit improved definition compared to pre-operative conditions. This case highlights the procedural effects on body contouring following targeted surgical intervention.
