The patient, a 39-year-old female weighing 157 lbs, underwent a tummy tuck, fat grafting, and liposuction. The procedures focused on the flanks, thighs, and back with 600 cc of fat removed. Fat was transferred to both breasts (300 cc per breast). One month post-operation, images reveal a reduction in abdominal volume and improved waistline contouring. The flanks are more streamlined, and there is visible enhancement in the thigh area. These changes align with expected outcomes at this recovery stage. Surgical incisions appear to be healing appropriately as observed in the after photos. This case demonstrates typical results following combined body contouring procedures within one month post-surgery.
