Our patient, a 57-year-old female, sought to rejuvenate her figure and enhance her natural contours. She underwent a comprehensive treatment plan that included abdominoplasty, liposuction, and fat grafting. A total of 267 grams of skin and fat was excised from her abdomen. A total of 795 grams of fat was meticulously removed from her flanks and thighs, areas that often resist traditional weight loss methods. This strategic removal not only slimmed and reshaped these areas but also allowed for the harvested fat to be skillfully repositioned to enhance other body contours, achieving a more balanced and aesthetically pleasing silhouette. She had 360 mL of fat grafted into the left breast, and 395 mL grafted into the right breast.
