Upper Blepharoplasty #49925

Upper blepharoplasty performed on a 59-year-old woman, with the after photo taken at the twelve-month mark. In the before image, excess upper eyelid skin sits heavily over the lash line, limiting how much of the iris is visible. The after photo shows the upper lids with that skin removed: the lash line is now unobstructed, and the full iris is visible on both sides. This procedure was performed by Dr. Julia Spears at the office of Metropolitan Plastic Surgery in Marlton, NJ.
